The large fridge; the sofa by the window; the balcony; the general size and layout of the room; the elevator; the friendly staff; the bed was comfortable; the microwave and kettle; the internet was very good. Proximity to a market and a vegan cafe/restaurant.

Room is big. Location is best, convenient to walk to night market and beach

we book a room with one big bed but 2 small beds instead, staff didn't see our book (hence it was a choice of customization in the booking)

I had gotten very sick and was too weak to leave my room for 3 days. The staff was so kind. They ordered me food for those 3 days and brought it up to my room! I can't thank them enough for helping me out in my time of need. As a solo traveler, it definitely sucks to get sick while traveling. The staff treated me like a friend! Thank you so much!

Room was spacious.

I do not recommend this hotel. They are cheats and the hotel does not offer what they claim. I booked it on Booking.com because it was advertised at $24 with a free room upgrade, seaview and pool. Breakfast available at the hotel for an additional charge. I booked and emailed the hotel my arrival time. When I arrived earlier than check in timev I told them if the room is not ready I will leave my luggage at receptions and come back later, they told me that the room is ready but not the paperwork. Then they handed me a key and said I could go up to the room so long and complete the paperwork later. The woman owner/manager then helped me take my luggage to the room. An hour later I went to sign in and I was told by the receptionist that I must pay an additional 300 for checking in early. I questioned why I was not told this on arrival. The receptionist then told me the owner said I must pay. If you plan on charging people more you should tell them in advance. Not make them feel welcome, escort them into a room and then demand more money. $24 room actually cost $32 and there was no seaview, the pool is green and out of service and there is NO food available at the hotel. Book elsewhere
